Sterling Clothing – Refund and Returns Policy

1. Refund Policy: – We offer refunds on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. – To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. – Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. – Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a fault on our part. – Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process after the returned item is received.

2. Returns Policy: – We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. – To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. – The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. – Returns will be processed promptly once the returned item is received and inspected. – Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

3. Exchange Policy: – We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the returns process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. – Exchanges are subject to availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items: – Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, such as underwear, swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed), and earrings. – Items purchased during clearance or final sale events are also non-returnable.

5. Defective or Damaged Items: – In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. – We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover the cost of return shipping. – Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund or replacement, depending on availability.

6. How to Initiate a Refund or Return: – To initiate a refund or return, please contact our customer service team via email at sterlingmarketing@kingsgate.co.za, esther@kingsgate.co.za or by filling in the form below. – Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details about the item.

7. Cancellation Policy: – Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned following our standard returns policy.

8. Changes to the Policy: – Sterling Clothing reserves the right to amend this refund and returns policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
